Terms
The agreement between you and SlideStudio. Short, because the product is small and the rules should be too.
Your content stays yours
The topics you write and the decks generated from them belong to you. Use them commercially, edit them, export them, present them — no attribution required. We claim no ownership over your slides, and we do not use your decks to train models.
We do need permission to store and display your content back to you, and to show it to anyone you share a deck link with. That permission ends when you delete the deck.
Plans and billing
Free covers three presentations in total. That is a lifetime limit, not a monthly one, and deleting a deck does not free the slot — the pricing page says the same thing, and the product enforces exactly that.
Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe. Cancel whenever you like; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charge is made. Your decks are not deleted or locked when a subscription ends — you keep full editing and export on every deck you already made.
Fair use
Generation is rate limited so one account cannot exhaust capacity for everyone. Do not use SlideStudio to produce content that is illegal, that harasses or endangers people, or that impersonates someone in order to deceive. Do not attempt to extract our prompts or bypass the limits programmatically.
We may suspend an account that does these things. Where the situation allows it, we will say why first.
What the service does not guarantee
SlideStudio writes drafts. Generated text, statistics and charts can be wrong or invented — the editor flags figures as illustrative for that reason. You are responsible for what you present. We provide the service as it is, without a warranty that it will fit a particular purpose or be available without interruption.
Generation depends on services we do not control, including Amazon Bedrock. An outage there can stop generation while the rest of the product keeps working.
Ending it
Delete your account from Settings at any time; that removes your decks, slides and chat history. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give notice with enough time to export your decks to PDF or PowerPoint.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date at the top of this page changes and we will say so in the product rather than quietly editing the text.
